Getting an error when start the Appium session in iOS

Hi,

I have connected the real device and when i was starting appium session after configurating all the setup than getting an error "

An unknown server-side error occurred while processing the command. Original error: Could not create simulator with name 'appiumTest-E3B755FC-5903-4778-A681-F7AD9DB13E36-Sharaddha’s iPhone', device type id 'Sharaddha’s iPhone' and runtime id 'com.apple.CoreSimulator.SimRuntime.iOS-12-2'. Reason: 'simctl error running 'create': Invalid device type: Sharaddha’s iPhone'"

How i can resolve this plz help me its urgent.
