Cant find dom4j file | Selenium Forum

I downloaded POI api from http://mirrors.estointernet.in/apache/poi/release/bin/poi-bin-4.0.1-20181203.tar.gz
but I couldn't find dom4j file in it as mentioned on video;

POI Jars are already available in the download code section. You can find all the required jars there.
