Benefits of joining Whizdom Trainings Selenium Course

When I joined Whizdom Training Selenium Course I was told 
that if I had a question or a challenge in my Selenium job
I could ask for guidance.

I wish to know which is the process to ask for help?
Do I create one question like this one, with the details about the challenge I have?

or should I do it via email? which email? 
or is there another chat option available?

I think is creating a question here, I only want to be sure.
