Module 13 - Recording 5 is not working

I keep seeing pop up message while trying to play Recording 5. Can you please check ? I tried to log out and log back in but still seeing same pop up message

Same error in module 23 - Part 6 recording as well.. Same alert is popping out.

Lot of videos were having issue and were giving error on startup. We have resolved the issue to 98%. Very few of them are having the issue now. That will also be resolved. Currently server migration process is going on and thats why this issue came up. Apologies for inconvenience caused.
