Is there any update on the Webex issue? I purchased the course more than 10 days ago and still only the free videos are palying. Please fix the issue urgently as I have to prepare for Interview

Jitesh.. we have given you access to batch recordings. They will work
Yes some of pre recorded videos are giving issue. Its being fixed. This issue is only for very few people.
Meanwhile if you are facing the issue, we will give access to latest batch ecordings. For that please mail us at info@qtpselenium.com

Ok guys. Finally we have solution from cisco. This is tried and tested - and is working


1) Download this rar file and extract.
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1gIKiljDc4pSb7OTpJlEktnWWRoO16PvR
2) You will see 2 files after extracting - nbr2player.msi and wbxDolcodec.dll
3) Please install nbr2player.msi
4) Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\WebEx\Webex\500
5) Copy the extracted dll file - wbxDolcodec.dll
6) Paste it in C:\Program Files (x86)\WebEx\Webex\500
7) Try to play videos and videos will play

Hello Ashish

I was browsing through videos and I could not play any videos from Session 9 onwards, only free videos can be played...... Requesting you to provide a fix for my issues

I am getting below screen when tried to play video

Please try in firefox

if you want to play in chrome then install this chrome plugin of webex

CISCO is saying that they are deploying fix today
This isssue is coming only to very few users and for very few videos
So it was tough to resolve

Videos giving same error on latest version of Webex release dated 7th Dec?

Please try to play now
I have confirmed and its working for everyone who was impacted
In case you still face issue(there is no chance for that) then please uninstall webex once and try

Uninstall from this:
Download, install webex removal tool and remove webex completely
