Webex getting error while running vedio

I am using win 7 64 bit. Yesterday videos are working but today getting an error issue. Please help me. Tomorrow i am going to interview and have to watch imp videos.

Login from that and try to play

Hello, Ashish,

I am unable to play all videos exclude frameworks. Please help me out. Only frameworks videos are working. I have also tried to mention above solution but still face an issue.

We have users reporting us 2 different issues-
Issue 1 -  After entering passcode - the window just says that "-starting webex" and the player never launches . 7% of users faced this problem. 
Issue 2 - After entering passcode - the webex player launches but it displays an error popup saying webex crashed. 5% of users face this problem
 
We have resolved Issue 1. Follow these steps
1Download, install webex removal tool and remove webex completely
https://collaborationhelp.cisco.com/article/en-us/WBX000026378
2) Restart PC
3) Do this setting in IE
Internet Explorer >> More options > Advanced Tab > Enable TLS1.2 
Then try to play videos in Mozilla/IE
4) Try to play in mozilla. It will ask to download exe. Please download and install webex exe for mozilla and then player will launch in 2 min 
5) For chrome, please install the webex exe from following link and then try to play
 
Users facing the second issue - we are working on this and it will be fixed soon.

Same here. I posted my questions a few days ago, still waiting for the resolution. I am having Issue 2 above on both my Windows 7 and Windows 10 computers. Videos worked for me before, but seeing this issue with your new website design. Please let me know how to proceed. Thank you!

After removing webex and adding it, you need to do the TLS setting of 1.2 as stated above in the steps
It will surely work.

Again I iterate, please follow these steps carefully
