Even i am facing this issue with other modules[Ex: Module7] on Win7 with Chrome & Firefox.

Yes, Windows 7 Home Premium, Chrome Version 70.0.3538.67 (Official Build) (64-bit),
Firefox ver 62.0.3 (64-bit).
All I get is the spinning "Starting Webex".
I also tried reinstalling Firefox, disabling the Firewall but doesn't work. Same issue in both Chrome and Firefox.
Even Im unable to run videos from module 14.. Please help.. Webex is just loading loading

This is issue is because of an update in Win 7
We commend you to upgrade to win 8 or win 10
Thanks, if I upgrde to win 10, will I have Selenium/browser verson problems or do they work properly in Win 10?

Obseved that the videos are working fine on Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. Firefox 62.0.3.
Could there be other factors to consider apart from OS?

This has been fixed now. We found the issue
Please do following settings. Please follow all 5 instructions/points carefully:
1) Download, install webex removal tool and remove webex completely

2) Restart PC
3) Do this setting in IE
Internet Explorer >> More options > Advanced Tab > Enable TLS1.2
Then try to play videos in Mozilla/IE
4) Try to play in mozilla. It will ask to download exe. Please download and install webex exe for mozilla and then player will launch in 2 min
5) For chrome, please install the webex exe from following link and then try to play
